Welcome to Jo2Go, we are glad you are here! We are Erie’s first boutique electric roasting company. With our new Bellwether all-electric coffee roaster, we are able to hand-craft and customize our roasting process to create unique and previously undiscoverable blends of coffee. Experimenting with a variety of different roasting variables to create distinctive, innovative, and eccentric coffee beans is what we do!

WHY ELECTRIC?

We are committed to making coffee that is not just of excellent quality but uses sustainable practices and equitable sourcing. By using an electric roaster, we are able to reduce our carbon footprint by 87% compared to the average roasting process.

CREATING AN ETHICAL BUSINESS

We care about where and who we source coffee from to build the most ethical coffee roasting company we can. We strive to work with women-owned businesses, and suppliers who work with small scale farms to provide living income pricing to the farmers that make your cup of coffee possible.
